Feast of Miracles November 12, 2025 2:50:00 MID-WEEK SERVICE Joyful Turnaround. Text: Psalm 126:1-6

Prayer turns things around. James 4:1-4 [165]

NOTE

  • People say prayer is the same because they think prayer is just coming and collecting things. Prayer is not a place of collection but of interaction and fellowship. In that interaction, you have a place that shares love, victories, and sometimes your fears.
  • Prayer is a place of sharing. You have to fellowship and interact always. You speak to God, and God speaks to you.
  • When you pray, you listen…
  • The word of God is full of SAP —Super Abundant Prosperity

Different types of prayers

  1. Prayer of intercession: this is plugging into the power base of God, real intercession—Job 42:10. You don’t need to brag about it when you are interceding for others. Psalm 41:1-3. Do not fill up your heavens with only your prayers. Intercession for another person is a speed lane for your own answers; you are sowing a seed, and when it’s done, you will be the first partaker. Eze 22:31. People are saved by intercessors. Even Jesus Christ right now is making intercession for us. Rom 8:26-27. Most of the blessings we are enjoying are the proceeds of the intercession made on our behalf.  Intercession brings forgiveness and healing. James 5:13-17. Burdens are lifted, in Gen 18:1-5; 19:29. Intercession can deliver a whole family from destruction. God remembered Noah, Rachel, and Leah in the Bible. Personal supplication is the least of all prayers. No one intercedes with his heart and is abandoned. Luke 2:36

What are you praying for?

  1. Pray for their forgiveness—everyone on earth requires mercy
  2. Pray for the conversion of their soul
  3. Pray that they should be gifted
  4. Pray that their eyes should be open so they can know the hope of his calling.
