Visitations for Turnaround Pt II. Text: Genesis 50: 24 [165]

NOTE

  • The visitation of the Almighty is what makes for a turnaround
  • Everyone in the scripture God visited there was a change. God visits intentionally.

Why God visits

  1. To release you from captivity. Gen 50:24. No one has any form of enjoyment in captivity. The captivity of the soul is the greatest captivity of all. It is only when you are in Christ that you are relieved from captivity.
  2. God visits to perform his promise-Jer 29:10. God visits because he has a purpose and that purpose must be accomplished. Gen 21: 1-5
  3. God visits to guide you. Luke 1:78-79, Phil 4:6, Psalm 85:4, Mark 4:38. Anywhere there’s peace you see progress, but when there’s trouble you see hindrance. The first peace you make is your heart, then your mind. Isah 33:6-7, 32:15-18, 54:13.
  4. God visits to revive his work. Hab 3:2-3. God revives his work. Psalm 85:4-7, 80:2-15.
  5. God visits for judgement- Numbers 16:1-33.
  6. God visits for performance. Preparation is what makes for performance. Preparation is a show of interest, value, agreement, expectation and then it is manifested in practical terms.

What to do for your visitation

  1. Set a goal- what is the ultimate thing for you.
  2. Set a target.
  3. Program yourself-align your actions with your time and resources. When you program you eliminate waste, waste of time and resources.
  4. Make proper adjustments

Prophetic declaration

  • Every Chain holding anyone is BROKEN in Jesus name.
  • This year will end well for you. Amen
  • You will laugh for real, you will have full-scale laughter.
  • You shall experience PEACE throughout the year even in 2026. Amen

1. Deborah: I have come to thank God for answering my project number 1. Mama instructed us to write our request in church, which I did, my project number 1 is fully answered. Halleluyah.
2. Ofuma: We wrote our promotion exam some months ago, and after the exam, the result was delayed. I came to meet God’s servant, and she prayed for me, I believed. Second week of October, the results came out, and I passed all six courses; the arrears that were due to me were also paid. I have come to give God all the glory.
3. Mama Kikanwa: I was feeling weak for the past two days, and I couldn’t even walk properly to church today. But as the service was going on, God’s servant declared PEACE, and I have my peace now. Praise God!
