The Blessing for Pleasant Possibilities Text: Genesis 1:31, 2:1-3 [165]

Note

• The blessing handles any unpleasant circumstances.
• The blessing is the stamp of operation that God puts on everything.
• Every time the blessing comes, everything is suspended.
• The blessing is spiritual. You can’t have the blessing and be stranded.
• The blessing is the upper hand in every oppression of human beings. Thank God for all the skills you have; if the blessing is not upon them, they will be a waste.
• Gen 1:27-28. Creation is not enough, but the blessing is a necessity to make the creation work. Have you tried involving the blessing?
• Creation, formation, arrangement, and composition are not enough.
• The blessing is what God gave man. Pro 19:22… the blessing makes rich; the blessing can function on its own. (Prov10:22). Without the blessings you keep struggling. It gives everything that life demands, the blessings is necessary.
• Both what money can buy or not God will supply (Phil4:19)5 things about the blessing
  1. The blessing is a spiritual thing, and it can only be spiritually discerned. The blessing is not just a physical thing; it is spiritual. The blessings removes tension.
     °When the blessings come you are able to prevail (Numbers 6:20-227; 22:6)
     °Before you lose a war physically,you have been subdued spiritually first.
     °When a curse is on somebody it weakens the spiritual destiny of that person.
     °When the blessings comes on you and you are able to meet with the demands, everything changes for you and all the evidences will show. (Ecc9:10-11, Deu30:19)
     °Put time and chance together it becomes an opportunity of Grace.
  2. The blessing is a choice; Choose the Blessing! The blessing is being in a condition where you can get things, and they are enlarged, sustained and productive, and where you can use them. The blessing is about you, your character, and your skill. Any aspect of your life you see peace and ease in—that area has been connected. 1 Cor 2:12-16

  [  ] You can’t access the blessing until you are in the spirit. Rom 8:1-2. The blessing can’t work if you are careless about spiritual things.

  [  ] You can’t buy the blessing with money; the blessing can be provoked. You can do something, and you provoke the smallness of the blessing. Sworn blessings can be provoked, just like when God blessed Abraham and when Isaac blessed Esau. Gen 27:29-31. Heb 7:5-7.

  3. The blessing is an all-rounder. The blessing can be invoked. The poor can bless you because there is a position the poor man occupies to bless you. They don’t have to be born again for the blessing to work. “You are blessed” is a declaration. “I bless you!” is a release. Job 29:4-17, 1:3. There’s a place for smartness, skills, and all that, but don’t forget the blessing. There are portals, and words open them up.

  4. The blessing has fragrance. In Gen 27 Isaac said, “My son smells like the field that the Lord has blessed.” Psalm 45:1-11. If you are blessed, you have a smell.

  Two kinds of faith that provoke the blessing. Gal 3:2-

  [  ] The faith of Abraham connects us to the blessing. It works on God’s honor and trust. And the first honor of Abraham is obedience.

  [  ] Gal 2:20… the faith of Jesus Christ works by love. Gal 5:6, Gal 3:13-14. For the blessing of Abraham to come upon you, you must have to understand that Christ died for you, for love’s sake. Eph 1:3-6.

  Hard Truth:
  If have not been predestined to be a child of God you wouldn’t have been here. 

   

  How does the blessing come on you?

  1. You must believe that the blessing does exist.
  2. You must honor the blessing and the blesser. Anything you don’t honor cannot bless you. It is honor that draws virtue.
  3. Don’t just be blessed; work in the mentality of the blessing.
• Every invocation and incantation is also a curse.

Prophetic declaration

• God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory.
• You shall not fail
• What belongs to you will join to you.
• You will make it!
• You are blessed!
• You will never be stopped again.

Prophetic Utterances

• I have made it!
• I am loved.
• By predestination I am already accepted in the beloved.

Word of knowledge

• You are blessed tonight, and somebody you have waited for for 5 years just shows up. It is a miracle, because the blessing has taken shape.
