Note

  • There’s no joke in any part of the gospel. Every man’s work shall be rewarded by he who knows the secret things.
  • Jesus is coming to take the righteous, not the sinners.
  • Life about the press: people who press forward make it in life.
  • God has given us everything to enjoy. Eph 1:16-20: To access all that God has given, you need pressing.
  • If you say you are a child of God and you don’t keep to instructions, Luke 16:16, until you’re ready to press, satan will continue to keep you under. pressure. Sometimes, God will allow you to take certain steps to make you stronger.
  • Growth is expected in life; sometimes you are given, other times you take. Even though it is yours, you have to make a demand.

Ways to press forward

  1. Bargaining power: Prayer: 1 Sam 1:1-5. Hannah prayed for a male child. Some things can’t come until certain things come first. Hannah prayed intentionally. Don’t be passive concerning God and his things; give him attention, and he will give you attention. Jabez- 1 Chronicles 4:10. Jabez prayed, and the Lord heard him and changed his story. Life is never fair to anybody; it is survival of the fittest. God will not work without your involvement.
  2. Connecting power:(Purchasing power)-you get this in a relationship. Before you have purchasing power, you must have connecting power. Eph 3:16, Rom 8:26. Relationship gives boldness, Heb 4:16. Relationship is where grace comes in. Relationship is what makes for purchasing power. God does not trust you until He has a relationship with you. When God wants more of you, it’s because you are made for more, and the recovery you seek for will come. With God, there’s no love without responsibility, John 15:16. Don’t marry somebody you don’t have a relationship with.  Purchasing power is faith, Heb 11:6, Rom 4:16-17. You can’t have Grace for sustainability if you don’t have Faith for purchasing. Gal 5:6, Rom 5:5, Eph 2:6-8.

1. Dn. Michael Robert: Thanking God for breaking the yoke of consistent job loss for my son. It has been giving us concern as a family. We have been praying for God to change that situation. I told Mama about it, and Mama took over. She told my son that “Your parents have been praying, but now I will take it up”. After that, he went for an interview and got the job. He has been in that job, no issues. I have come to say thank you, Jesus.

2. Ibituru Sime-Job promotion: I have come to thank God for the promotion to the position of a director in the civil service. Praise God!
