Seeking God for total recovery. Text: John 15: 1-5 [165]

Note

  • In trying to make a meaning in this life as a Christian without Christ will amount to nothing.
  • The human flesh is limited in understanding and wisdom; without God, you can do nothing. Surrender all to Christ. Jesus is not part of you; he wants to take all of you. Make yourself a branch, and allow him to be at the center of your life.
  • Once you remove yourself from God, with all your potential, you are useless. Just like a hand glove. Until God wears you on himself, your beauty will not come out.
  • You are not in church to collect something from God; you are in church to fellowship with God.
  • Isaiah 38:1-5…there’s a way you will behave, and God will change his plans for your sake.
  • Every time you are seeking God for recovery, put him in remembrance of something: aside from the fact that God is our father, he is also a judge.

Three things about the scripture in Isaiah 38

  1. God said, “I have heard your cry.” If there’s anything you want to recover, the first thing is to resort to prayer. People who pray well in righteousness and holiness do not miss their way, except if it is a test. Pro 16:1-4…resort to prayers. 2Chro 26:5. If you want to recover anything, you can; aside from death, nothing has gone too far. God is closer to you than you can ever imagine. Ensure that your voice is coming from your heart; only the voice of the heart opens the portal of your heaven.
  2. I have seen your tears. When God says, “I have seen your tears,” he actually means, “I will answer you.” When your challenge is about to end, your pain becomes stronger, just like when a woman is about to give birth; the last push or pain is the one that delivers the child
  3. God hears your praise; Verse 15-19. You can’t question the pattern; that is what it takes. No matter the emergency, a surgical procedure must be carried out. Heb 10:35-36, Phil 4:6, 1 Thess 4:3…Thanksgiving is the will of God concerning you; after you have done the will of God, you might obtain the promise. The kind of praise God accepts is the one coming from your heart (1 Sam 16:18), not professional, not vocational, or even occasional praise. Psalm 34:1-2. The praise that comes from your heart gives God joy. Isaiah 38:20-21. By the time you praise, the divine direction you need to apply will be revealed to you. There’s something around us that God can use for our recovery.The human frame will tell you there is no way, but there’s a way.

  • You shall not die before your time; you shall live. Amen
  • I see your recovery, all 🙏.
  • Whatever left your hand shall be recovered. And the time of your recovery is now. Amen
  • You won’t fail!
  • Your level is changing. Amen
  • You shall not go down in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen

Prophetic Utterances

  • Nothing has gone too far.
  • I will recover everything that I have lost.
  • Thanksgiving is the will of God concerning me.
  • It is not too late to be blessed!
