Aligning with Covenant for Breakthrough-Text: Psalm 50:1-3 [165]

Note

* God is a God of order, and one of the strongest breakthroughs is aligning with a covenant.

* Every covenant you break put a dent not just on your image but on destiny

* Everyone passes something to their generation. But ignorance disrupts our vision.

* As powerful as God is, he won’t save you without your choice. As free as salvation is until you believe, you can’t receive it.

* GOD CANNOT LIE! Put him to test.

* God is not a liar. You can order your revolution right.

* The covenant of the curse can only move to the fourth generation. But if they know what to do, it will go. Every spirit has what they eat; if you declare it by prayer and knowledge, it will go.

* Be careful what you believe. Exodus 20:2-7. Psalm 89:20-36

* Patterns do not form with the first generation.

*Covenants only have expiry dates by heaven. Spirits record details of covenant. There’s no covenant that ends with a man or woman; it is passed on.

* Every covenant has inheritance depending on what the inheritance is. James 1:17. When you have a covenant with God, he plays his part. You will pay your vow. Psalm 50:15.

* Everything has a smell. Before the transmission or transference of the blessing there’s always a smell. Isaac when the wanted to bless his Esau he talked about the smell.

* Psalm 45:1-12. Every covenant carries a smell.

* They pay their vows, then there’s transmission of the blessing. Psalm 20:1-4. Job 22:26-28.

* Every covenant has inheritance, and everyone passes on something. What relieves those inheritances?

How Inheritances Transfer

  1. Faith/belief system: Whatever your father believes somehow, directly or indirectly, he passes it on. The first inheritance is the culture of your faith. In Gen 18, Abraham passed on that faith to Isaac, and Isaac passed it on to Jacob… Your faith is what is transferred to your children. The traditional people,  your ancestors poured libation because that is what they believed in. They celebrate new yam festival and break kola for festivals; that is their belief system, their faith. We bless our food, and then we eat; that is our belief. Until light comes, darkness will not go.
  2. Behavior: Whatever you see your parents do, that’s what you do. How you lay a foundation, you may not know that you are building a monument that will not break. You are creating an example, but examples make samples. What you receive is what you release. Words are powerful, and you must only speak the words that bless. First, speak to yourself; the things you say will align with the good covenant that you want to make. Speak in the direction of the covenant you want to keep. Eccl 5:19…the profit of the earth is unto all… There are people to be blessed, and the blessing cannot be quenched because of one person. Our words create. You can even raise a dead covenant that has been dealt with by your words. Satan knows that you will not knowingly bow to the devil, so he plants people that will corrupt your heart. Heb 12:14-15.
  3. Association: He that walks with the wise shall be wise, and a companion of fools shall be destroyed. Pro 13:20: When you walk with a fool, you will be destroyed. A fool is not just someone who failed an exam. Be careful with your association. No association is in vain, but be careful who you associate with. Be careful with who you give your garments to, because spirits move with garments. The woman with the issue of blood touched the garment of Jesus, and virtue left him. The greatest association in life is marriage. Anybody you marry, you marry into their covenant. If the family are debtors, they must pay; every debtor must pay their debt, but Jesus paid the price for us.
