THE PLACE OF MERCY IN DIVINE REMEMBRANCE [165]
1. Every time we miss the mark, sin and rebel against God in disobedience, His wrath is aroused.
He owns us and not we ourselves so he has every right to say what he says to us. Every time we disobey, something in God is arouses to turn his back.
2. The only virtue that quenches that thing or judgment is mercy. The only virtue that goes ahead of you and gives you access to divinity is mercy.
3. The only thing that arouses God’s help instead of anger is mercy.
The need for mercy cannot over emphasised. because day after day, we go astray.
4. Mercy has a way of exalting your level above those who want you to see shame.
When God wants to do certain things for his people, it is mercy that comes in.
5. What is the importance of mercy
a. It is the only access to God.

6. Mercy precedes faith. Mercy also precedes grace. Grace is divine ability to accomplish all the tasks that God has put upon your destiny.
Grace is not permission to sin.
7. Mercy will bring you to the place where Grace can work for you.
8. Grace does not come in until mercy takes place.
Mercy does not only precede grace, it paves way for favour.
There is favour appointed for you. This mercy that will take you that time.
9. Mercy gives you access to the throne of grace but bitterness will throw you off the place of grace.
The sin of bitterness and unforgiveness is bigger than fornication.
10. In the sight of God, mercy has more power than judgments. Mercy goes to a thousand generations. Judgment to third and fourth generations.
What mercy can’t settle, nothing else can settle.
Mercy is liberal. God can show anybody mercy.
Mercy has no boundaries. .
